Whichever is more affordable. Performance-wise, you won't see any differences.

@cheleby The 4070 Super is not a high-power GPU; it is efficient. So it doesn't require a particular strong cooling system.

You're absolutely right — the RTX 4070 Super is built on NVIDIA’s efficient Ada Lovelace architecture, and while it's a powerful card performance-wise, it's very power-efficient compared to older generations.
