Kalimera Aris, My brother has asked me to help him either buy or put together a PC that would be compatible with Windows 11. He has absolutely no clue about PC's. I have a little clue, but not a lot. My last PC build was in 2017. It's been a long time, and I'm sure a lot has changed since then, especially with the introduction of ATX 3.0. His requirements are a low budget business PC, with the occasional home theater capabilities. No fancy stuff. It doesn't even need to have the most up to date specifications. My requirement is absolutely no proprietary hardware (it's getting hard to tell these days which PC's are with proprietary hardware and which are not). I want to be able to switch (standardized) parts for his PC in case anything breaks down. Can you recommend me anything right off the bat, or any specific brand/s that I should look into? Best regards from Germany,
P.
