Max Operating Temperature
To check the operating temperatures, I run Blender instead of Prime95 and small FFTs, which apply an unrealistically high load to the CPU.
According to AMD, the 7000X series can run all day at 95°C without issues. For the 7000X3D series, the max operating temperature is set at 89°C, but as you can see in the graph above, I am way below this, without using a good AIO but a good air cooler.
