Performance Per Price
The performance per price is decent, but look how high the 8600G and the old but still decent-performing (if you exclude power consumption) Intel i9-12900KF. The 9600x also performs well here.
If you exclude gaming, the 7800X3D drops lower, with the i9-13900K passing ahead, but this specific CPU consumes a lot of power. In this graph, all Intel CPUs have unlocked PL1 and PL2.
Despite the increased differences in HD gaming performance, the 8600G, 12900KF, and the 9600X achieve a higher gaming per price score thanks to their notably lower prices. I should point out here that the price of the 7800X3D has increased recently, and the same goes for the 7950X3D’s price.
