PCCooler RZ820 Display CPU Cooler Review

Epilogue

The PCCooler RZ820 Display is a monster in both size and performance. This is the first cooler I’ve encountered that clearly beats the mighty, super-expensive Noctua NH-D15 G2 without requiring two different versions to deliver its best performance at either AMD or Intel sockets. Moreover, its top-mounted screen can be a cool feature for users who keep it in clear view. Unfortunately, at the time of the review, the brand couldn’t provide me with any price information, so given that the non-screen model goes for around $ 100 on Amazon, I assumed a $130 price tag was fair. Even if these guys decide to charge more, remember that the Noctua NH-D15 G2 is always available for $180!

Besides the monstrous dimensions, which require an equally large chassis to accommodate it, you should also consider the increased noise of the fans even at low speeds, because of the double ball bearings, which generally are way noisier than a fluid dynamic bearing. That said, in the normalized noise tests, the cooler outperformed everything else, so you can just dial down the fan speed to your liking.

25 dBA – Performance Prices in the US market as of 10 January 2026

At a 25 dBA normalized noise output, a level that won’t bother most users while still allowing for good performance, the RZ820 display easily beats the Noctua NH-D15 G2, proving that there is a new air cooler king! I just hope they offer it at a fair price.

You help me a lot by using my affiliate links, which don’t increase the price of the product. I receive a commission from Amazon every time you do it, which can make a significant difference for me, especially now that I am working independently, exclusively for my media, rather than for someone else.
