Has there been any changes with the way these fans are tested? I realised some of the previously tested fans are no longer being shown in the comparison chart, i.e. Lian Li TL140

Hey could you test new Thermalright TL-C12C-X28 fans. They claim to have insane price to performance fans while being slightly thicker at 28mm.
I will probably order them from Amazon (if I can find them)
