SAMA has announced the global launch of its L70 All-in-One (AIO) liquid CPU cooler. The new cooler is designed to provide high-performance cooling for gaming PCs and creator workstations while maintaining low noise levels, with operational sound as low as 28 dB-A.
The L70 series, available in 240mm and 360mm radiator sizes and in both black and white color options, is now available for purchase on Amazon.
A key feature highlighted by the company is a custom-designed pump. SAMA developed the pump in-house, utilizing a ceramic mechanism intended to ensure smooth liquid flow, minimize vibrations, and enhance long-term reliability.
The cooler also features a distinctive pump head with an acrylic infinity-mirror design and layered ARGB lighting, serving as a visual centerpiece for a PC build.
For cooling performance, the L70 comes pre-installed with 120mm hydraulic-bearing fans that provide up to 2.85 mm H₂O of static pressure, a specification important for effectively moving air through a radiator. The fans support PWM control and include an ECO fan-stop mode, which halts operation during low-demand tasks for near-silent operation.
Installation is designed for broad compatibility with modern CPU sockets, including Intel’s LGA 1700 and 1851, as well as AMD’s AM5 and AM4 platforms. The package includes 400mm sleeved tubing and a tube of SAMA’s Freezee thermal paste.
In a statement, Frank Wang, Vice President of SAMA, said, “With the L70, we wanted to prove that you don’t need to spend premium prices to get premium performance. It’s quiet, powerful, and accessible – built for today’s flagship CPUs.”
The launch positions the SAMA L70 as a competitive option in the AIO cooler market, aiming to deliver a combination of thermal performance, acoustic control, and aesthetic appeal at an accessible price point.
