I have already posted a video about the problems I had with my main PC. It frequently refused to boot properly, requiring a power cycle to do so.

I changed the mainboard from an ASRock B650i Lighting to the same model but with the B850 chipset, and I also changed the RAM to the same model. I also updated the most recent BIOS, which was supposed to solve these issues, and everything worked well for a while, but I noticed the same behavior in the last few days. Since this is my main work, PC, I don’t have any tolerance for such situations, so I decided to make a drastic move.
I changed the mainboard to the one we used in our CPU test system before we moved to the X870E chipset: a Gigabyte Aorus Master with the X670E chipset. Since I needed something stronger, I also replaced the CPU with a 9950x. Lastly, I changed the RAM to a Kingston set that uses the highly desired Hynix ICs.
So far, everything works as expected. I believe the RAM change made a real difference, but I also think the mainboard plays a role. Lastly, I have a small suspicion that the previous CPU, a Ryzen 9600x, might also have assisted in the boot problems since I found a small mark on it before I removed it from the B650i Lighting, the first mainboard with which all problems started.
It is really annoying to have invested in a new system only to have boot issues. Imagine just waking up, without even drinking a coffee, and trying to force your PC to boot to check on your emails and start working! This is the worst that can happen to me, at least, and I don’t even drink coffee!
I will monitor the whole situation closely, and if something changes for the worse (I hope not), I will report it ASAP. This is a crazy and really annoying problem, and AMD should look into it!
