The Antec Storm T3 140mm is a fan destined for chassis use, according to its maker, emphasizing on airflow rather than static pressure. Read the full review to read more about its performance and whether it deserves your money.
The Antec Storm T3 140mm was the next on my list after the review of its 120mm sibling. Antec included the “PWM Case Fan” description in the product’s model number to clarify that this fan is mostly suited for chassis use rather than in cooling solutions requiring increased static pressure. Indeed, the 120mm model had high enough airflow but low static pressure, so I expect something similar from the 140mm unit.
The Antec Storm T3 140mm achieves a Platinum airflow rating in the Cybenetics Phi scale and a Bronze static pressure rating.
