Last Week’s “Service Mode” is almost over!

For the last 4-5 days, I have been in “service mode,” not feeling so well and having great difficulty resting because of the excess coughing. This is why I wasn’t so active in reviews, but thankfully, Eri took over the news section, keeping you up-to-date with various posts. She will continue writing news posts or articles on interesting subjects, while I will continue on the usual route, reviewing everything that arrives at the lab. I have many PSU reviews, AIOs, fans, and other interesting parts on my to-do list.

While we try to work, the summer heat here in Cyprus is unbearable. Even our cats cannot stand it, so they sleep all over the clock, trying to find parts of the house that are not that hot. Unfortunately, the electricity prices here in Cyprus are sky-high, as they are in most of Europe, so we have to ration AC. As technology advances and the years pass, things like climate control should become more accessible, but this is not the case!

In other aspects of my life that don’t involve reviewing, I am continuing the lessons to obtain a private pilot’s license. Again, it is not that easy because of the extreme heat. I am also still debating whether I should continue to CPL and ATPL since I don’t have the idea of becoming an airline pilot in the back of my mind! I still have to run Cybenetics and Hardware Busters!

We are also working on the designs of our new building, which will be the home of our lab in the following years. We are expanding fast, so we need more space and an even better environment. The construction of the new building will take a long time and require a ton of money. We will move to the new building in about two years if everything goes well.
