The semi-passive operation lasts up to 290W, with a minimal load on the minor rails, and the fan’s noise exceeds 30dBA with more than 630W, and with a few Watts more, it goes into the 35-40dBA range. Finally, with more than 940W, the PSU’s noise exceeds 40dBA.
