Corsair’s TX series is only available in the Chinese market, and I am not sure if Corsair will ever introduce it to other markets, too. Since there are no reviews of these units, and given that I have so much free time (here you laugh!) I though to review them and show you what they can do. And you never know, someone could translate this review to Chinese, so these audience could also find out more about these PSU products.
The Corsair’s TX1000 is (or will be) included in my best ATX v3.x & PCIe 5.x PSU picks article.
Corsair has cooperated with Great Wall for several years, so the latter thought it would be cool to help Corsair enhance its presence in the Chinese market, which is different from the other markets in so many ways. Corsair has a small piece of the market pie. So Great Wall, with Corsair’s permission, introduced the TX and TXe series in China. Since there are no reviews of them currently, I thought I should provide you with detailed reviews, which hopefully someone will translate into Chinese.
The prices of the TX units are the following (the include 13% VAT)
- TX750: 899 RMB
- TX850: 999 RMB
- TX1000: 1199 RMB
- TX1200: 1699 RMB
