With a 50W load, the PSU is already in the 35-40 dBA zone, with more than 160W noise exceeding 40 dBA, and with 440W and higher loads, it goes over 45 dBA. This is not a PSU for users wanting to build a silent system. It would be best to spend way more getting an efficient unit with a proper fan speed profile.
