Average Noise

The PSU’s average noise output is exceptionally low, resembling that of a passively cooled unit.

Fan Noise & Speed Maps @ 28-32 °C – 115V

The PSU’s fan speed map and noise charts demonstrate the quiet operation of this unit. Not only does the fan’s passive operation last long, but also when the fan starts to spin, its noise output doesn’t exceed 10 dBA. This means that you will need to have extraordinary hearing to detect that the PSU’s fan is spinning, even when the PSU is on a benchtable.

Fan Noise & Speed Maps @ 28-32 °C – 230V

The fan speed profile at 230V is identical to that of the 115V input. It doesn’t get any quieter, after all.
